HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY:

If you are experiencing symptoms of cold, flu, or COVID-19, please reschedule.

If you arrive sick, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

*No extra guests allowed  (including kids).

PRIORITY & OFF-DAY BOOKINGS

A $40  Priority Booking Fee is required for any emergency squeeze-ins/same-day appointments. This is an additional fee.

• $40 additional fee for Sundays (off-day) bookings (early mornings only, not guaranteed).

APPOINTMENT TIMING/HAIR DENSITY:

Service times are estimates and vary based on style, length, and hair density.

If you have high-density hair, note it when booking as it might require additional time.

 

Do not book on the day you have other plans because your hair can take additional time, I do not rush my work.

* Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment or you will be asked to kindly wait until your scheduled time.

LATE POLICY:

15 minutes late = $15 late fee.

20 minutes late = appointment cancelled + deposit lost.

 

​HAIR REQUIREMENTS:

Hair must be 4 inches or longer all around your head.

• Consultation required for short hair, hair loss, or damaged edges.

• No freshly relaxed hair.

• Hair must be washed, detangled, blow-dried straight (root to ends), and product-free.

• No Trimming before appointment.

​Weft-less Bundles for Goddess braids, Bora Bora braids ect..:

BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE & SYNTHETIC BUNDLES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR BORA BRAIDS hairstyle.

• In-stock hair must be purchased at least 3 days before your appointment.  Select the pickup option and add a note to your order saying "APPOINTMENT READY" with your date and time at checkout. 

• Pre-orders require 7 business days.

If bringing your own bundles:

• Must be dropped off 3 days before appointment with braiding hair (labeled with name + appointment date/time).

Respond to us through your personalized "HAIR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION INFO" email to schedule an appropriate drop off time.

• Failure to drop off may result in cancellation.

MIXING COLOURS OF BRAIDING HAIR/OR ADDING BEADS:

Mixing braiding hair colours = $10 additional fee (must be requested in advance).

Adding beads takes extra time. Must give advance notice.

DEPOSIT  INFORMATION:

• $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to secure booking and is to be received at the same time as appointment request.

• No deposit = No appointment.

• Deposits go toward your service total.

• Deposits are valid for ONE reschedule within the same month only. Rescheduling more than once or moving to a new month requires a new deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 72-hour notice is required for cancellations.

• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up. No exceptions.

• No call / No show = permanently banned from booking again.
